This release brings back one of your most requested features: you can now . We also added a shortcut for working down a column, sped up the prompter's top speeds, made prompter and rundown editors more aware of each other, and fixed a batch of row number, tracking and printing bugs.

Built a row in your script that you want to reuse? Save it straight to Global Elements without retyping it in the panel.

While editing a cell, press (Mac) or (Windows) to save it and jump to the cell directly below. It works in Rich text cells and All timing cells, so you can work down a column without reaching for the mouse.

Speeds 15 to 20 now ramp up much faster, and speed 20 (about 3.5x faster than before). This applies to the speed slider, the keyboard and the Contour Shuttle.

Editing content in the prompter view now works like editing a cell in the rundown, so prompter and rundown users can no longer potentially overwrite each other without knowing.

With Follow tracking / auto scrolling on , opening or reloading a rundown now more reliably scrolls to the tracked row and places it higher up on the screen then before, with its group header still in view (if using groups)

We're excited to share quite a few updates and improvements in this release. We're introducing an all-new feature, . We also heard your requests to bring back , now with better preset management so you can rename and delete them, and you can now set up column layouts right in the PDF export. We improved word export, anchor times, more accurate est end timing, and various bug fixes.

Float a row to keep it in your rundown while taking it out of the running show. It's perfect for backup rows, holds, and optional content you want ready to go without throwing off your timing.

Save your PDF export settings as a preset that everyone on the rundown can use. A preset saves the orientation, paper size, repeat column headers setting, and which columns print in what order.

The PDF export dialog has a new section where you can the columns that print. It only changes that export, so your view of the rundown (and everyone else's) stays the same.

Row groups now support row highlights. Select a group header and pick a fill color from the toolbar to color the whole header. The color carries through to PDF exports and guest passes too.

After your feedback, we changed how the Start Time and Preset Time columns mark their times, so it's easier to tell an anchor from an overridden time.

Word export has two new settings. sets the size of the script text, from 10 to 36 pt. lets you choose whether rows without script content are included.

The time on the Over / Under clock now counts forward from the current time, so it reflects a late start, rows running long, and rows you cut or float before they come up.

You can now copy and paste rows across rundowns. The mapping system will even work when column sets don't match 1:1. Auto match column types and column titles and support for pasting across different tabs.

This release pins the number column while scrolling, adds flexible start times across multiple rows, lets you choose PDF paper size, and new enhancements to the Speaker Timer view. Number column is now pinned so horizontal scrolling will always show number cell, tracking indicator, and quick access to row actions.

A round of polish with a new configurable module for the Speaker Timer view:

Pasted text from clipboard now drops inherited fonts from 3rd party apps and forced black text that would appear "black-on-black" in dark themes is corrected.

We are happy to announce Global Element Manager (GEM) has been completely rebuilt for the new rundown version. Browse, insert, edit, and publish your elements in the all new gem side panel. Take it for a spin and let us know what you think 🫶

The resizable panel docks to the right of your rundown so you can browse, edit, and drag elements without losing your place.

Each rundown remembers its own column mapping for each element set, so different shows can use the same element set with different column setups.

Migrate existing element sets one at a time from the Global Elements settings. Your original element set stays untouched. Legacy workflows keep working while you transition.

Migration is available to Team Admins. Using the gem side panel is available to Admins and Showcallers.

The command center is a single shortcut that opens an action menu over your rundown. From there you can jump to a row by number, search the content of every row, or run common commands (PDF export, adjust settings, switch views, tracking, and more) without hunting through menus.

You can now adjust the starting row number from 1 (default) to any number up to 999. Great for multi day shows ie day 1 (100) day 2 (200) etc. You will find a new Row Number section in Rundown Settings.

We've added a handful of QOL updates to the Rundown switcher so you no longer need to navigate away from your current rundown to get started on a new one.

Pasting content (CMD/CTL+V) from clipboard now works on cell selection rather than needing to enter edit mode on the cell. This also brings the ability to copy and paste single cell content across different shows which will now carry all text formatting.

Increased font size of the Row over/under timer

This weeks release includes PDF export improvements like page breaks and fixed column headers, all new configurable header clocks, easier access to shareable views, and darker prompter background. Thank you for the continued feedback!

We've introduced new header clocks that are also configurable in your rundown settings (hide / show):

. Planned visualizes planned start, total duration, planned end time. Over/under now shows both current row over/under as well as total show over/under and an estimated end time.

We updated access to promtper and speaker timer view into a new 'views' sub menu with an animated preview to better visualize the output of each.
