Release notes 6/23/26

This release pins the number column while scrolling, adds flexible start times across multiple rows, lets you choose PDF paper size, and new enhancements to the Speaker Timer view. It also improves prompter editing, copy & paste, and real-time Global Elements, and fixes several row-ordering and collaboration bugs
New
Number Column Pinned
Number column is now pinned so horizontal scrolling will always show number cell, tracking indicator, and quick access to row actions.

Start Time
  • You can now pin a fixed start time to
    any
number of rows, not just one. Rows above each anchor count backward to it, and rows after your final anchor roll forward from it.
  • We also renamed "show start" to "anchor" throughout for clarity.
  • New arrow indicators added to start time cells to better visualize the directional flow of timing

Choose your PDF paper size
The PDF export now lets you pick
Letter, Legal, Tabloid, or A4
previously every export was locked to Letter.

Speaker Timer View
A round of polish with a new configurable module for the Speaker Timer view:
  • New configurable
    "Up Next" card
to see whats coming up next
  • speaker notes that
    automatically size themselves
to fill the space (large for short notes, scaling down for longer ones so nothing ever gets cut off),
  • better proportional scaling on large displays.

Improved
Smoother prompter editing
Moving in and out of edit mode in the prompter no longer can cause a row to jump or resize.
Smarter copy & paste into cells
Pasted text from clipboard now drops inherited fonts from 3rd party apps and forced black text that would appear "black-on-black" in dark themes is corrected.
Global Elements
  • When editing elements we now
focus and jump to that item
in the table view to make it easier for larger element sets
  • Edits made in a Global Element panel now update
    in real time
across tabs and for everyone collaborating .
  • Each Global Element set can now map its columns independently, so one rundown column can pull from different sources per element set.
Fixed
  • Resolved a set of issues where rows could appear out of order during real-time updates or when several people reordered rows at the same time.
  • Fixed a collaboration bug where changing a cell's formatting (like its background color) could quietly overwrite newer text someone else had just typed in that cell.
  • Fixed errors (including a failure on conversion) when migrating element sets to GEM 2.0
  • Fixed issue where row highlight weren't being inserted with drag and drop
