Ability to set the font size, item colour etc

To be able to set our defaults when building a script would be great. Font size, lline item color, etc, instead of what it is right now, i.e. set default settings for every new item/cell

It would be helpful to be able to select a group of items' duration times and have ShoFlo add them to show the total for those item row (i.e., this whole section is 2:15).
