Ability to delete rows when exporting to PDF etc just the same as you can with Columns.

Currently you can delete any unwanted columns however you cant do the same with the rows. The issue with this is if different parts of the business have core items that arent for them you cant delete it. Having the same functionality would as what we have with the columns would be great.

Export Rows that are not Blank

When a rundown is exported, columns can be shown or hidden in the export process. The additional option of only exporting rows that have cells that are NOT blank would be a great addition.
A specific use case would be for our wireless cameras. We can hide all irrelevant columns for them, but they will be handed a large printed packet with many rows that are not relevant to them. Ideally, there would be a CAMS column that is only populated with information for them. When exporting, the rundown would only print the rows/items that have data in the CAMS column so that these camera operators only have to carry around a small sheet instead of a large packet.

Sorting/filtering lists

Would like more options for sorting or filtering a list. Rising numbers, A-Z, all items with a specific value and so on.

Filter PDF documents with tags
Cam Goudreau
In the .pdf export page, is there a way to filter by tags? For example, I have to submit a timing sheet to the NHL off-ice officials for each game. They don't need to see every item. If I have a tag called timing element (or something similar) can I filter out all the other elements?

Filter by column

I would like to have the ability to filter my data by the data in a column and only just hide or unhide the same in a schedule while exporting.

Filter by Announcer

Hi I would like to request a feature that would allow me to filter/export a word document specifically by who is doing each block. I have a PA, In Game Host, and PxP, I would love to just export the blocks each one of them are saying as they like their text in large print.
Brian Mauger
Hi Ross, Good suggestion. It is possible to filter on the Word export to only export rows with content in the given column. Simply select the "Yes" to skip rows with no hero content.
In order to leverage this to get a seperate document with only the PxP reads for example, you'd need a seperate column for each of the PA, In Game Host and PxP. Then for each export, select the given column and skip rows with no content. This would result in a word doc for your PxP with only their reads.

Hey Zac Applegate! Appreciate the feedback here. We've definitely heard the request to add more filtering options when exporting so we will look into this request.
For now, you might checkout our 'word export' option. This is primarily used for exporting scripts but you could potentially use it for the scenario you are talking about.
- click word export in download dropdown
- disable all columns that aren't necessary (maybe leave item names and timing?)
- on the CAMS section mark that as 'Hero' and use the Skip rows with no hero content option
- download. This exports a docx file. (i've attached an example)
heres an article that talks through this feature more: https://learn.studio.cvent.com/en/articles/434862-script-word-export

Export Select Rows of Rundown
Z
Z Ayt
Hi shoflo team. Is there a way to export only a portion of a rundown? For example, if I wanted a pdf of only rows/items 10-15 of a certain rundown, is that possible via shoflo? If not, could that option be added?
