Delete (or disable) all Private Notes

When duplicating a show, delete all users' private notes so there aren't any irrelevant content populated in these cells. Alternatively, allow in the settings the options to disable the private notes column for all users.

Looking for an option to hide the Private notes columns completely so that once they are manually hidden they do not appear automatically when we reopen the same list again.
